Returns + Exchanges

We will gladly accept a return or exchange request for unused and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of the order. Please email us at ursi@ursistore.com for return or exchange authorization and address. Please do not ship the merchandise back prior to receiving a return authorization, we will not accept the return.

Items that you would like to return or exchange must be "as new" - unworn with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Should the return be authorized, Please enclose this form, circling the item(s) you are returning. To help us quality control our products clearly state why you are returning the item(s)

Shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow up to 10 working days to process your return from the day we receive it.
